Due to the massive demand for our highly successful advertising portals we are looking for a New Business Sales Executive to drive sales to the next level.

Applicants will:

- have experience of working with or within the motor trade and possess a wide-ranging, comprehensive understanding of the industry
- have excellent customer service skills
- have a first class telephone manner; be articulate, fluent and enthusiastic
- have a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels, in a relaxed and confident manner
- be capable of building rapport with clients
- be professional and adaptable within a potentially changeable environment
- possess strong organisational and time management skills
- pay significant attention to detail
- enjoy working within a team whilst also meeting personal goals
- ideally have experience of working within internet advertising based environments (although this is not essential)

Working out of our brand new purpose built offices in Stockport, the successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing our new customers, providing them with help and advice on using our products and working with them to ensure best results on our websites during their initial 3 month advertising trial. The position requires someone who is confident, outgoing and naturally conscientious. Individuals will approach the working day with positivity and high energy levels, endeavouring to make an impact within the workplace. They will also be driven by a will to see our customers achieve the best results possible from our advertising packages. The position will involve the completion of the following tasks (but is not limited to):

• giving new customers advice and best practice on using our websites
• answering any queries they have by phone or email
• amending and sending out standard communications such as introduction emails
• providing them with an introductory phone call when they sign up
• informing them of top search terms where applicable
• checking the text of company profiles and adding more information/improving them where necessary
• getting success stories and testimonials from customers
• informing customers of our annual awards and collecting their entries
• looking for news/PR opportunities from customers
• adding contact details to our in-house CRM system
• checking the existing data we have on the CRM system is accurate and up to date
• adding customer deals to the sites
• making customers aware of our other products and soft selling to them on occasion
• gathering leads for the sales team wherever possible.
